Delivery service in Brno:

We deliver flowers in Brno within 99 minutes.

  • delivery fee is FREE OF CHARGE if your order exceeds 990,- CZK
  • delivery fee is 99,- CZK if you order a flower gift until 989,- CZK

    All flowers and goods are delivered from 8 a.m. till 6 p.m.

Additional fees:

  • 199,- CZK for delivery between 6 - 8 AM or between 6 - 8 PM
  • 199,- CZK for delivery on Sundays, Holidays

We deliver flowers in the Czech Repulic within 240 minutes.

There is a unified delivery fee 199,- CZK in the Czech Republic.

Additional fees:

  • 199,- CZK for delivery between 6 - 8 AM or between 6 - 8 PM
  • 199,- CZK for delivery on Sundays, Holidays

The order for delivery between 6 - 8 AM is accepted at the latest 1 day in advance till 6 PM.

The order for delivery on Legal holidaysisaccepted at least 1 working day in advance.

The delivery on Sundays and Holidays is not guaranteed in the whole Czech Republic.

International delivery service:

We deliver flowers abroad within 24 hours. But we recommend you some days in advance. 

We do not have any exact deliver time guarantee, unless for funerals and weddings. 


Order for delivery on Saturdays - we accept on  Friday till 10 AM at the latest.

Deliveries on legal holidays and Sundays are not possible.

We use worldwide floral network called Fleurop - Interflora for delivery abroad. This company is supported by 58,000  affiliated flower shops in more than 150 countries.  Owing to that we are able to arrange delivery anywhere you wish. In 2016 we received a certificate of 20 years partnership.


General terms and conditions

  1. Each order is considered to be binding and can be cancelled only after previous mutual agreement.
  2. It is always neccessary to give us the right information in your order.  Our company is not responsible for the  delivery delay or cancellation  if you enter a wrong delivery information or you do not verify if the recipient is present at the given address. We are authorized to charge you delivery and related costs twice in case of the repeated delivery to the given address (unified fee of 200 CZK).
  3. It is always necessary to provide the telephone number for the recipient because  we always call before delivery to arrange delivery time. State also numbers of rooms in case of a delivery to hotels and hospitals.
  4. Please be aware of that all displayed arrangements may slightly vary from the delivered flowers.They serve only as a help for your choice. The flowers can be replaced by the items of similar colour, appereance and same or better quality to reach the maximumof the similarity.
  5. We are not responsible for delivery delay if it is caused by events that we cannot influence (e.g. traffic jam etc.).
  6. If the recipient refused to accept flowers, we are justified to calculate you the total price without any claim.
  7. Each received order will be confirmed within a few minutes  to your email address.  If, for any reason the order cannot be filled, you will be contacted by our customer service as soon as the florist reports his delivery problem. Thus, if you do not hear or read from us, you may be assured your order was delivered succesfully. Do not hesistate to contact us if your order is urgent or you do not receive any confirmation.
  8. Delivery to the private address - in case of the absence of the recipient, we reserve the privilege to leave the flowers by the alternate recipient - a member of the family, a neighbour, a colleague etc.
  9. Delivery to the company address - flowers may be left at the reception or similar places or accepted by the colleagues always compared to the signed receipt. We  are not liable for the late delivery caused by this person.
  10. The minimum obligatory order value is 177,- CZK.
  11. A customer sending the order is considered to have read and agreed with our General terms and conditions.

Complaints

Our company is not responsible for any delivery delay or cancellation if the customer provides incorrect or incomplete personal data, i.e. the address of the recipient or the credit card validity etc.

We accept the complaints within 3 days from the delivery at the very latest. We reserve the privilege to execute your complaint within 24 hours after notification.


Privacy

We guarantee that all information provided by our customers on our web-site is discreet and will not be further circulated or misused in any other way.
